Vicki began her love of the McDonald’s brand when she started her first job as a 15-year-old crew person at McDonald’s Townsville in 1988. Vicki progressed from Crew Person to Restaurant Manager to General Manager, overseeing the operations of 9 restaurants in the Townsville region. Vicki then went on to work in a corporate role within McDonald’s Australia in 2002, working with various licensees throughout North Queensland to improve their businesses. Vicki and her husband Greg were then offered the opportunity to become McDonald’s licensees and purchased their first restaurant in Palmerston in 2007. Vicki has now been a McDonald’s licensee for 16 years and owns and operates 7 restaurants across the NT.  The business currently employs over 800 people and in the past 16 years the business has employed close to 6,500 staff. Vicki is a current member of the QLD/NT executive committee for licensees. 

Vicki is a passionate believer in great people development and giving people lifelong skills. She is also a firm believer in giving back to the community by sponsoring/donating to a significant number of sporting and community groups across the NT.
