Founded in 1935, the brand is globally recognised as the leading entity in Australian South Sea Pearls, employing over 1000 people across the country and globally. 

 

Internationally regarded as pioneers of the South Sea Pearling industry, Paspaley Pearling is a leading specialist in aquaculture; as a world-class end-to-end producer, wholesaler, and retailer of fine Australian South Sea Pearls. Paspaley has a retail network of nine luxury boutiques across the country. 

 

The Group has a diverse portfolio of businesses which includes Australian and International property development, hospitality, pastoral, special mission aviation and maritime infrastructure. Paspaley’s property portfolio includes the Charles Darwin Centre in Darwin Mall, the flagship Paspaley boutique at Sydney’s 2 Martin Place, The Wall Street Hotel in New York City, and the Kimberly Sands hotel in Broome. Paspaley Pastoral interests include multiple rural properties that produce northern cattle, high quality mixed cropping, prime lamb, beef and wool. Paspaley also operates two vineyards and a winery. 

 

Paspaley’s special mission aviation arm provides the Commonwealth air navigation safety calibration service, which has included the Australian fixed-wing search and rescue service. Paspaley also operates three Mallard flying boats which support its pearling and hospitality enterprise.
