Beginning with the initial acquisition of Sterling Property Services (established 1985) Kolsen now employs nearly 1,000 people and covers a geographical area roughly the size of Europe. We currently have over a dozen operating companies specialised in everything from building switchboard to running golf courses. Each subsidiary maintains complete operational independence and is helmed by a passionate leader in their field.
